The mobile application is data collection tool to be used at the security specialist (tactical) level to give the individual user a step-by-step process to perform an assessment using the CARVER methodology without being encumbered by not being a security SME. This would enable conventional law enforcement or novice level security professionals to have the ability to conduct a complex soft target assessment using the CARVER methodology with little to no experience in the process. As a user-friendly product, our system was designed by critical infrastructure protection SMEs in a simple question and answer construct. The data captured in the field by the mobile security will then be transferred via Bluetooth, SIM Card, or any other approved mechanism to web-based backend of our system. Upon the transfer of the data from the field or direct entry into the system, our system will populate and create all the required worksheets to complete the analysis for a facility. Security specialists will have the ability to review the details of their assessment and make any required changes before submitting to the next line supervisor for review/approval. Multiple security specialists will have the ability to input real-time data separately while supporting the same assessment using their own mobile device & personal login.
